RubanFitness ("we", "us"), a Ruban Softwares product, provides gym and fitness-studio management software. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details (gym name, owner name, email, phone), member and staff records you enter, payment and attendance data, and technical logs (IP address, browser) used to keep the service secure.

How we use it

To provide the service, process subscription billing, send transactional notices, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

Data isolation

Each gym's data is isolated by tenant. Access is role-based and every change is audited.
