Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are using RubanFitness on behalf of a gym, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

Subscriptions and trials

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After the trial you must subscribe to a paid plan to keep using the service. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled; fees are exclusive of GST.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping member information lawful and accurate. Do not misuse the service or attempt to breach its security.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features over time.
